Cycling
Choosing Ibiza as a cyclotourist destination is choosing another way of getting to know it in depth through its tracks and roads. The inland corners offer an unknown image which without doubt, is the most authentic image of the island. We shall come closer to its rural side,the most calm and remote valleys, in a slow way. Diving
If you have never dived before then this is the perfect place to start a new experience while you are on holiday.
If you know how to dive, then you will be interested in some of the great dive sites we have to visit and explore. Ibiza Sports Tours use an experienced team that know all the islands´dive sites.
The seabed of Ibiza holds many interesting places for you to explore, Llado Norte which is a huge pinnacle rising 40 metres from the seabed, 'Tagomago Anclas' two big anchors lie on the seabed near the Island of Tagomago and many old shipwrecks rest around the Islands for you exploration.
BEGINNERS
For anybody interested in trying Scuba diving while on holidays in Ibiza we can offer you the Discover Scuba Diving program. This is run from the beach directly in front of the dive Centre in a zoned off area free of boat traffic with loads to see. The maximum depth to this dive site is 5 metres but you will be amazed at what is out there. Daily we find octopus cuttlefish as well as brightly coloured wrasse to make your dive experience truly one to remember.
Divided into 3 parts the Discover Scuba Diving program is a PADI sanctioned course that allows you to feel the freedom of diving in half a day of your holiday.
Theory, practice and dive it’s that easy with 1 instructor for every 2 beginners making your day a VIP experience.
Running & Athletics
Ibiza Sports Tours are highly knowledgeable in all aspects of arranging warm weather training camps and aim to ensure your satisfaction and comfort at all times.
All of our Track & Field training camps for athletic clubs are tailored to suit the needs of each group and are accessible from most UK airports using no-frills, charter and scheduled airlines.
The athletics stadium in Ibiza is newly reformed and its track is approved by the Spanish Athletics Federation. The installations include:
8 lanes x 400m of sinthetic surface built by MONDO in 2008.
New high jump and pole vault
New long jump and triple jump
2 straights of 100m and 110m hurdles
2 aisles for javelin and zone for discus throwing
Floodlights
Ample changing rooms
Light gymnasium for strength training of around 100m2
Plus all necessary material for track and field competition such as: starting blocks, hurdles of various heights, throwing equipment, video/photo finish etc...
